Q. What kind of files can I upload for an estimate?

A. Although we prefer .mp3s, you can also upload .aiff & .wav files for an estimate.

Q. Why can I only upload one file? My song has multiple files that I want mixed.

A. To start, we ask that you upload just an .mp3 mixdown of your song.  This will give us an idea of your project and allow us to contact you with a quote for the mixing process.  Once you decide to move ahead with the mix, you will be given a client FTP username and password to upload all of the files in your song.

Q. Can I mail my files instead of uploading them?

A. Yes.  Although we recommend uploading an .mp3 for a fast quote, uploading large session files for mixing can become problematic.  You can always opt to send a DVD or hard drive instead.
